Shipping policy

 

 We offer free shipping inside the U.S. for orders over $300.

We also offer expedited shipping: 

     •Overnight: $45

You can choose your preferred shipping preferred method at checkout.

We also offer package insurance during the checkout process. By selecting Package Protection at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a claim and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you choose package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

If you lost a package, please send us an email at secrethandshake@shopcanoeclub.mom with your Name, Email, and Order Number to file a claim.

To our friends outside the US, we use UPS.

     •UPS Int'l Expedited: $45

The additional time required for your package to pass through customs is outside of our control and varies by country. At the time your package is delivered you will be responsible for paying duties and taxes, which may be as high as 30% of your order value. Duties and taxes are assessed by your local customs office and are outside our control, so we recommend that you contact them before you place your order if you would like to receive an estimate of your total cost. International orders that are refused at delivery become abandoned in your country so unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund for refused orders.
